Egyptian Foreign Minister stresses the need to preserve Sudanese state institutions

Egyptian Foreign Minister Dr. Badr Abdul Aati reiterated the importance of preserving and supporting Sudanese state institutions, and respecting the unity and integrity of Sudanese territories.

During a phone call with US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken, he stressed the need to intensify humanitarian and relief aid to brotherly Sudan in light of the deteriorating humanitarian conditions it is witnessing.

The two ministers also discussed during their call the dangerous developments in Sudan, and the efforts made to ensure the access of humanitarian aid and reach a ceasefire.
