Deputy Head of the Transitional Sovereignty Council, Commander Malik Agar Ayre, returned to the country after participating in the opening session of the African Peace and Security Forum hosted by the city of Johannesburg, South Africa.

He was received at Port Sudan Airport by the Secretary-General of the Sovereignty Council, Lieutenant-General Mohamed Al-Gali Ali Yusuf.

It is worth noting that Agar had boycotted the rest of the forum sessions after the arrival of a delegation from the rebel Rapid Support Militia to participate in the forum’s activities.
