RSF loot the contents of the National Museum and offer it for sale online

Reliable sources said that a large-scale looting and smuggling operation has affected the contents and possessions of the Sudan National Museum, which is under the control of the Rapid Support Forces in Khartoum since the first days of the war.
Satellite images have proven that loaded trucks left the museum at the beginning of the year and headed towards the border with South Sudan.
The same sources suggested to the SBC website that trucks loaded contents including antiques, statues and archaeological possessions of high national, historical, and material value headed towards the bordering areas with South Sudan.
Closely related sources who spoke to the website confirmed that a number of the museum’s contents were actually displayed on the Internet and social media, and it has not been confirmed whether the buying and selling operations have been completed yet.
SBC obtained photographic materials confirming the operations of displaying the sale of the contents of the National Museum.
