Aqar praises the role of athletes to support the armed forces and calls for the development of sports clubs

Deputy Head of the Transitional Sovereignty Council, Malik Agar Ayre, launched yesterday the initiative of the Premier League clubs to support the armed forces, under the supervision of the Minister of Youth and Sports, Hazar Abdel Rasoul, and the presence of the Governor of the Red Sea State, the representative of the general intelligence service, the representative of the Ministry of Interior, the Minister of Defense, the Commander of the Military Area in the Red Sea, and the Minister of Culture and Information, which came under the slogan “We are all a homeland.”
Agar valued the role of athletes and sports and their efforts to take the initiative of the Premier League clubs to support the armed forces, calling on them to keep pace with the technical development, announcing his donation of SDG10,000 to the juniors.
The participants, during the launch of the initiative, indicated that the support of the armed forces is to support ourselves and convey the greetings of the Commander of the Sudanese Armed Forces to all.
The Deputy Head of the Sovereignty Council announced the end of the war led by the militia, and that all must prepare for the upcoming battle, which is the battle of reconstruction to build Sudan.
He pointed out that it is the duty of any government to take into account the ambitions and dreams of the youth. For his part, Nasr Ahmed Hemeti, representative of the Football Federation, said that the initiative came as an idea from the Premier League clubs to support the armed forces in the battle of dignity, noting that sports clubs provided martyrs of athletes during this war, adding that what sports are doing is incapable of politics, and this is a message to Geneva.
The Governor of the Red Sea State, Mustafa Mohamed Nour, praised the role of the initiative, in addition to the efforts of the Ministry of Youth and Sports to support the armed forces, calling on everyone to take the athletes’ initiative in the Premier League Clubs initiative to support the armed forces.
For her part, the Minister of Youth and Sports, Hazar Abdel Rasoul, welcomed the athletes and praised the athletes standing behind the armed forces as they were fighting the battle of dignity, noting that it was a clear message to unite the Sudanese people and their unanimous consensus on adhering to the unity of their land and the cohesion of their social fabric.
She said that the athletes’ group today coincides with the seventieth anniversary of the armed forces, and the government’s adherence to the implementation of the Jeddah Declaration before entering into the Geneva negotiation.
She emphasized the role of the Ministry of Youth and Sports in sponsoring activities at the sports and youth levels, adding that this stand reflects the unanimity of sports people inside and outside Sudan and their support for the armed forces, without tribes, parties or sects, where the Red Sea State was honored by the initiative and a number of people.
