Head of the TSC receives Qatari State Foreign Minister

Head of the Transitional Sovereignty Counil (TSC), 1st. Lt. Gen. Abdul Fatah Al- Burhan, received in his office today, Minister of State at the Qatari Ministry of Foreign Affairs, who conveyed the greetings of His Highness Prince Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, Emir of the State of Qatar, and affirmed his country’s support for the legitimate government and the Sudanese armed forces in facing the challenges facing the country.
He expressed his hope that peace would prevail throughout Sudan and his country’s support for every sincere initiative that aims to do so.
For his part, Al-Burhan expressed his appreciation of the Sudanese people for the sincere stances of the State of Qatar and its supportive leadership for the government and people of Sudan. .
He affirmed the ability of the armed forces and the Sudanese people to overcome the current stage steadily and vigorously, in order to preserve Sudan, its people and the unity of its land.
