Al-Burhan congratulates Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian

Head of the Transitional Sovereignty Council, 1st. Lieutenant General Abull Fattah Al-Burhan, sent a congratulatory cable to His Excellency Masoud Pezeshkian on the occasion of his victory in the presidential elections in the Islamic Republic of Iran.

Al-Burhan said in his cable: “It pleases me to extend, in my name, and in the name of the government and people of the Republic of Sudan, my warmest congratulations to Your Excellency on the occasion of your election as President of the Islamic Republic of Iran.”, stating that Sudan looks forward to working with the Republic of Iran in order to develop bilateral relations in various fields, expressing his hope that His Excellency’s presidential term will witness more successes and achievements, and for the Iranian people, progress and prosperity.
