Al-Burhan congratulates Egyptian President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi on his country’s National Day

Head of the Transitional Sovereignty Council, Commander-in-Chief of the Sudanese Armed Forces, 1st. Lieutenant-General Abdul Fattah Al-Burhan, sent a cable of congratulations to Egyptian President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, on the occasion of his country’s National Day. Al-Burhan said in his cable, “It is a pleasure for me, as you celebrate the National Day of your country, to extend to Your Excellency, on behalf of myself and on behalf of the Sudanese people, my warmest congratulations and greatest blessings coupled with our best wishes for your continued health and wellness and the Egyptian people, wishing progress and prosperity under your wise leadership.”
Al-Burhan reiterated his keenness to continue the joint work between the leadership in the two countries to develop and expand the distinguished cooperation relations for the benefit and benefit of the two brotherly peoples.
