Life is a blessing. It was given to us as a treasure to honor and as a belonging to look after each of its aspects. Life as we see it; so simple and very complicated, so unique and very frustrating, can easily be managed and can deeply fall a part in one second, and that is because it all depends on the way we look at it and the way we take care of it.

Psychologists in positive psychology confirm that the essence of life is centered around genuine happiness and overall well-being. This definition remids us of nothing but how well can life turn to be only of we set up our minds correctly. It is not easy for almost all of us to set up our minds straight, but we can easily learn how to control our thoughts and start producing more positive ones.

The idea of having difficulties in our lives also depends on the way others react and interact with us. The different viewpoints of people around us, to a great extent, define and decide how the flow of our life will be; filled with greatness and gratitude, or contains too many negativities and falls. It is very important that we choose the right person in your life. If one is left alone will be managing an excellent life which is much better than another’s life whose completely measured, controlled, and is going according to what others think and do.

Part of the purpose of our lives as human beings on this magnificent earth is to always be able live in peace. To be able to achieve, protect ourselves, and be more productive creatures. To fulfill that obligation, we must listen to the positive side of each story, we must do good and follow good to reach the highest better version of ourselves and live in the best version of life that exists.

As Sudanese; we have lost as many as thousands of great young lives only during the past 1 year. It is time to value our lives and the lives of the great youth of Sudan. It is time to look after life, the life of millions of innocent children, women, and men of Sudan.

In the end, may God preserve our Land and grant wisdom upon our leaders to end this war.
