Deputy Head of the TSC Addresses the Russian-African Dialogue Session

Deputy Head of the Transitional Sovereignty Council (TSC), Commander Malik Aqar Ayre, emphasized the importance of building effective and distinguished partnerships with Sudan in all fields, especially agricultural, industrial, livestock, and energy fields, describing Sudan as the gateway to Africa, the mainstay of trade, and its link between East and West.

During his address today, to the Russian-African dialogue session at the opening of the Economic Forum in St. Petersburg, Russia, in the presence of a number of economic and political figures and African officials, led by the Prime Minister of Central Africa, the Russian Deputy Minister of Agriculture, the Minister of Planning of the Republic of the Congo, and the Sierra Leone Minister, Agar
enemurated Sudan’s potentials and wealth a matter that makes it the food basket of the world.

The session discussed on Russian-African relations, the future of economic cooperation, and building equal economic and investment partnerships.

The Deputy Head of the TSC confirmed that Sudan has economic platforms ready to launch, in order to create future cooperation relations despite the circumstances that Sudan is experiencing, indicating that this state of instability will not last long and that Sudan is now working a plan for the reconstruction stage in cooperation with the international economic community.
