Head of the Transitional Sovereignty Council issues a decree according to which a committee is formed under the chairmanship of Justice Minister to handle the international lawsuits against the rebel Rapid Support Forces, its commanders, and the countries that provide support to it before the concerned parties including courts, regional and international organizations.
