Al-Burhan sends a congratulatory cable to Indian Prime Minister on his re-election to a new presidential term

Head of the Transitional Sovereignty Council, Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, 1st. Lt. Gen. Abdul Fattah Al-Burhan sent a cable of congratulations to His Excellency Narendra Modi, Prime Minister of India, on the occasion of his re-election to a new presidential term.

In his cable, Al-Burhan expressed his sincere congratulations and wishes to the Indian Prime Minister for health and wellness, and to the Indian people, who for the second time affirmed their confidence in your wise leadership, for further development and prosperity.

Al-Burhan affirmed Sudan’s keenness and readiness to move forward in intensifying joint constructive work between the two friendly countries in a way that benefits and serves their goals based on understanding, integration of interests, cooperation and joint coordination in all fields.
