Preserve good health in Ramadan

Health is a state of complete physical, mental, and social well-being and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity.
Body health is the Physical health can be defined as the normal functioning of the body. Representing one dimension of total well-being, it’s about how your body grows, feels and moves, how you care for it, and what you put into it.
One way to preserve the body health is by fasting, and nowadays; fasting is considered one of the most effective ways to boost the health of humans. Many health trainers and sports coaches describe fasting schedules for their patients or clients to help them lost weight, gain weight, and maintain overall body health.
Fasting has many benifits including:
– Supports hormones and genes that influence metabolism.
– Supports blood sugar management.
– Supports gut health.
– Supports heart health.
– May help disease prevention.
– May delay ageing and support growth and metabolism.
– May reset your circadian rhythm.
Many of the health professionals do not know that thousands of years ago, fasting was one of the Islamic laws made by Allah as a way to grant good health to Muslims. And ever since Ramadan has been obligated, the people who are committed to it are living the best healthy life of all times.
Today, our beloved country is going through such difficult time. Ramadan this year will not be easy for any Sudanese. So, today I will mention few tips to help everyone maintain good body health and help improve their social lives during Ramadan:-
– Stay as hydrated as possible after Iftar.
– Check on your neighbor on a daily basis.
– Offer the excess food you have to your neighbors and to the strangers as well.
– Focus to provide your body with the basic nutritional substances found at the surrounding of you residence.
– and please pray every day that this war will end soon in Sudan.
May Allah grant wisdom upon our leaders to end this war.
