Council of Native Administration in Sudan Concludes Its Meetings, Issues Recommendations

The emergency meeting of the Council of the National Administration in Sudan concluded the sessions of its emergency meetings on March 9.
The attendees confirmed the pioneering and historical role of the native administration, as they called for this meeting from all the states of Sudan at the invitation of Head of the Council, Sultan Siddiq Adam Abdullah (Wada). The meetings discussed the agenda and the activities covering the period from December 2022 to April 2023.
The meetings discussed the current situation in Sudan, the role of the native administration in war and peace, and the humanitarian situation, in addition to foreign interventions in Sudanese affairs.

After an extensive discussion, the meetings came up with a number of recommendations, the most important of which are:
*Insuring the unity of Sudan, land and people.

– Rejecting hate speech.

– Non-interference of neighboring countries in Sudanese internal affairs.

– Paying attention to the humanitarian situation of displaced persons and refugees.

– Supporting Jeddah negotiations platform

It is worth noting that the meeting was honored by the representative of the Sudanese embassy in Cairo, the Egyptian Deputy Foreign Minister, and a group of heads of Sudanese parties, Sufi orders, and media outlets.
