Our beloved country is going through a completely different political phase. A period where all the leaders must reconsider their eligibilities and qualifications to rule; as the next phase will be the hardest and the most critical one to focus on.
In every country in the world, the healthcare system is the first field to be dedicated the highest percentage of the government budget. Strong Healthcare systems mean stronger population with low fatality rates and high willing to serve the country and the population.
Starting to consider the next phase, Sudan government is to focus more on improving the Healthcare systems, and what is happening nowadays by health authorities headed by the Transitional Sovereignty Council members is a great example. They are making sure to rebuild the healthcare systems in some areas for those who are coming back to their houses in Khartoum State.
The need for a new well designed Healthcare System in Sudan has never been as urgent as in this war. It was among the first sectors that drastically dropped at the beginning of the war. Now, this is the time to allow the Sudanese health professionals who are pioneers in health field to step up and lead the rebuilding of the Healthcare system in Sudan; as they are capable to provide the best healthcare emergency response that will speed the process of health system recovery inside the whole country.
In the end, may God grant wisdom upon our leaders to end this war.
