SAF Intelligence Arrests Effective Officers on Coup Attempt

The Sudanese Armed Forces Intelligence in Wadi Sayyidna military area arrested number of effective officers in leading Omdurman troops on preparing for a coup.
The arrested officers included Brigadier, Colonels, Lt. Colonels, andvMajors.
The arrests coincided with the visit of member of the Transitional Sovereignty Council, Lt. Gen. Ibrahim Jabir to the area.
