Orbits: Political Pettiness

It is now more than nine months since the eruption of the war in Sudan and our political parties are practicing its political pettiness to serve its narrow interests.
None of our political parties condemned frankly the atrocities of the Rapid Support Forces militia against the defendless and helpless citizens.
More than nine months and the international community is dealing with the issue as if it is in another planet.
Even the humanitarian organizations failed in providing the least assistance to the IDPs who lost everything after the RSF looted all what they own.
The international community is dealing with the issue in apparent laziness through imposing Impactless sanctions, besides the usual statements which express grave concern but without action.
The war-affected Sudanese citizens need more than the empathy statements. They need food, primary healthcare, and shelter.
It is high time for the international community and the civil society organizations to review all the initiatives to guarantee providing the needy citizens with all possible humanitarian assistance.
I repeat, there is nothing good in war except its ending.
