Al-Burhan Congratulates President of Azerbaijan

Head of the Transitional Sovereignty Council, 1st. Lt. Gen. Abdul Fattah Al-Burhan has sent a cable of congratulations to President Ilham Aliyev for his winning the presidential elections in Azerbaijan
