FM discusses boosting bilateral relations with his Iranian VP

On the sidelines of NAM summit in Kampala – Uganda -Foreign Minister, Ambassador Ali Al-Sadiq has met this morning, Saturday 20January with
the First President of Iran Islamic State, Mohammad Mukhiar.
The meeting discussed the means of boosting the joint bilateral cooperation and coordination on regional and international levels.
The Foreign Minister briefed the Iranian official on the developments in Sudan and the efforts exerted by the government to achieve security and stability.
The two officials also discussed the means of resuming the bilateral relationship and expediting the steps of reopening the embassies in both countries.
