Tirik Launches Popular Resistance

Head of the Popular Resistance to Support the Sudanese Armed Forces, Chieftain Mohammad Al-Amin Tirik, has affirmed the readiness of eastern Sudan people to defend their homeland, adding that the AU and IGAD were behind igniting the war in Sudan.
Tirik, who was launching the popular resistance to support the Sudanese Armed Forces in Sawakin city, called for constiturion-making and power-share that allows all regions to participate.
The event was attended by the Governor of Red Sea State, the security committee of the state, dignitories and youth of Sawakin.
