River Nile Government Declares State of Emergency

Governor of River Nile State, Mohammad Al-Badawi Sbu-Groun has issued an emergency order including strict measures to preserve security in the state.
The emergency order included;
1. Curfew from 6:00 pm to 6:00 am.
2. Banning all kinds of gatherings.
3. Only the regular forces are allowed to use motobikes.
4. Fire games in social occassions are banned.
