According to a press statement issued by Foreign Ministry Media Directorate and the Spokesperson Office, the Ministry received a memo from IGAD today, Wednesday 27 December 2023, informing that the Commander of the Rapid Support Forces, Mohamed Hamdan Daglo will not be able to attend the meeting with the Head of the Transitional Transitional Sovereignty Council, scheduled to take place tomorrow in Djibouti due to trchnial reasons.
