Al-Burhan Adresses the Nation on Independence Anniversary

Head of the Transiinal Sovereignty Council has delivered a speech to the Sudanese nation on the 68th Independence Anniversary in which he hailed the sacrifice of the Sudanese Army and other regular forces in repulsing the rebellion of the Rapid Support Forces militia, lauding the strong stance of the Sudanese people in supporting the army in the war of dignity.
He affirmed that the only way to stop war is the exit of the rebelled militia from Gezira State and other areas besides returning all the looted properties and evacuation from the public facilities and the residences of the citizens.
He appreciated the honest efforts of the regional and international organizations to achieve peace in Sudan, affirming that the peace roadmap must include all the requirements.
He concluded by affirming that the victory in around the corner and soon the Sudanese people will celebrate the real independence after defeating the terror groups.
