Sudanese Universities Prefer Shendi University to Complete Study Requirements

Several Khartoum-stationed public and private universities have chosen Shendi University to accomplish the study requirements of its students in post-graduate studies and to complete the semesters.
For his part the Vice Chancellor of Shendi University, Dr. Hassan Awad Al-Kareem affirmed that the step comes in implementation of the recent meeting of Vice Chancellors held in Port Sudan outcomes in the presence of the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research as it was agreed to resume university studies in the universities which are far from war zone especially Khartoum.
He affirmed that a scientific technical committee was assigned to supervise the policies and procedures in this regard.
He added that the step comes in completion to Shendi University pioneering role in serving the society academically to be added to its leading role in medical and health aspects.
He concluded that the study in Shendi University is going on as planned as the studies resumed in the High Studies College, diplomas, and that batches 17 and 18 will continue study after ten days.
