I think the speech of General Borhan at UN general assembly is timely and comprehensive. The important Part of it is he ascertained the devolution to civilian governance without any military involvement. His request to outlaw the RSF and consider it as armed terrorists malitia will not get support. He confirmed resolving the crisis through negotiation is positive and is in line with what General Himity declaration in his TV speech on the same day. I think both speeches meet at many points and this is conducive to speedy sustainable cease fire leading a comprehensive peace agreement
