The Aspired Outcomes of the Negotiations

First: It goes without saying that the negotiations are peaceful means to achieve specific demands and not an end. Accordingly those demands should be determined after the negotiations became a reality.
Second: I am expressing myself as one of the citizens, and I suggest giving priority to their demands because they paid the price of the war from their bloods, tears and monies.
Third: The priorities include:
1.Permanent ceasefire and the exit of RSF from residences, public facilities, bridges and streets, because this is the only way to return to normality
2. Immediate and just compensation.
3. The political and civilian elites should work out a political process leading to the formation of civilian government to put an end to the war and integrate the RSF in the army.
4. We should avoid repeating the pre-April 15, 2023 as it caused the war due to the failure of the political forces in reaching an inclusive national accord.
Fifth: To reach a national accord we propose building on what is agreed on in the Framework Agreement, then launch national dialogue on the desputed issues to form civilian government.
6. Failing that, the political forces should delegate the military component to form a government of technocrats to run the transitional period for a period to be determined by the political forces to be followed by general elections under the supervised by national committee to be agreed upon by the political forces.
7. The above should be sponsored and guaranteed by the regional and international mechanisms engaged in solving the Sudanese crisis.
