Sabotaging and stealing properties; who would compensate?!

Today, I would like to shed light on a very important aspect of this war. Stealing and sabotaging the houses of local citizens. Like it is not enough what people are going through already. There comes these groups of thieves who break locks, steal, and literally shatter everything on their way.

This war has given a chance to some groups, to allow themselves to practice theft without limits, and that is because they guarantee NO punishment at the time being. And in the absence of the activity of the local police departments, these groups have caused mass losses to a great number of families. By stealing everything from houses, supermarkets, and different types of stores, thousands of Sudanese families who live in Khartoum have lost large amounts of money due to uncontrollable active theft. While being on the street looking for a good internet connection, I have personaly seen T.V screens of different sizes, large traveling bags, and even bicycles been stolen by large number of people who come in groups, and then being moved to far places. It made me feel sad that there are people in my country who would take advantage of such crisis to satisfy their sick souls, or to try raising their living standards.

Only here comes two important questions: who will compensate the families who literally lost all their belongings in Khartoum?? And who will pay to reconstruct the great number of damaged personal and private buildings?? These questions are for the near future, for which I pray everyday that this war would end, so that we focus on how to BUILD our country again, and to answer the above questions.
