Head of the TSC Receives Telephone Call from Kenyan President

Head of the Transitional Sovereignty Council, 1st. Lt. Gen. Abdul-Fattah Al-Burhan received, today, telephone call from the Kenyan President, William Rutu.
Al-Burhan briefed the Kenyan President on the reasons behind Sudan’s reservations on Kenyan presidency to IGAD’s quadratic committee to deal with the Sudanese crisis and its rejection to the outcomes of the IGAD summit held recently in Addis Ababa, affirming the sovereignty of Sudan on his territories and that EASF could never be deployed without the acceptance of the Sudanese government.
Al-Burhan added the the RSF militia was one of the Sudanese army components but it rebelled.and destroyed the infrastructure, occupied the residences of the civilians, raped the women, killed and displaced the citizens in Al-Genaina a matter that is considered as war crimes.
Al-Burhan underscored the readiness of the Sudanese government to cease-fire provided that the RSF militia evacuates the residences of the citizens and public facilities.
He expressed appreciation to the Kenyan President for his call and concern about the situations in Sudan.
