SMS: The Evacuation of Khartoum

Residents of most areas of greater Khartoum left their homes and took hazardous trips to safe havens represented by joining their folks in the states, while many others moved to Egypt. Where they were stranded at the gates of Northern borders without food or shelter.
We pray to Allah the Almighty that peace and security will prevail once again and people who left their homes will return safely. But it was a hard lesson to be learnt. We used to taking everything for granted, but the war in the streets of our neighborhoods should lead us to think twice and thank God for the grace he bestows on us everyday particularly peace, safety and security.
We used to complain almost about anything that we cannot find or afford, our way of thinking and attitude towards life should be different now.
