SMS: I just Cannot Understand!

I just cannot understand how dare the Framework Agreement signatories group neglect the apparent political and military changes. This is evidenced by the insistence of Khalid Omer to air statements from his capacity as the spokesperson of the political process. Nobody knows which political process he means? Is it the political process which led to the Framework Agreement which was signed by Al-Burhan, Himidti and the FFC (Central Council)?
What must be recognized is that the political process which led to the ongoing fighting could never be an approach to stop war.
