Minnawi donates more than SDG29 million to El-Hilal Club of El-Fashir

Governor of Darfur Region, Minni Arko Minnawi has received in his office in El-Fashir a delegation from Al-Hilal Football Club of El-Fashir on the presence of the Presidet of the Supreme Youth and Sports Council in North Darfur State, Mohamed Sulieman Jibril Abusita, and the Secretary-General of the Minister of Culture and Information in Darfur Region government, Dr. Mustafa Al-Jameel.
For his part, the Governor urged the administration of Al-Hilal team to exert more efforts for the external representation, adding that sports is the right approach for social work which the government is working in, affirming his full support to all the teams that represent the region in the premier league especially Al-Hilal of El-Fashir, Hai Al-Wadi of Nyala and also the teams competing to join the premier league.
Minnawi donated more than SDG27 million to support the registration of new players and SDG2 million as incentive to the players of the team.
It is to be noted that the meeting discussed entering into media and sports partnership between Al-Hilal Club of El-Fashir and the government of Darfur region , beside launching a football tournament to include all the states of the region.
