SDGs Youth Summit Launched in Khartoum

Sustained Nation Organization has launched its summit under the slogan (SDGs Youth Summit) with the participation of more than one thousand youth.
The activity was addressed by Member of the Sovereignty Council, El-Tahir Hagar who stressed on the importance of avoiding hate speech and racism through an inclusive programme and the engagement of all Sudanese youth.
He called on the gathering to consider the cultural and social diversity, pointing out that youth are able to make the aspired change.
Hagar pledged to support youth in all issues to enable them overcome all challenges ahead, emphasizing the importance of joint work to utilize the huge resources of the country to the maximum
It is worth noting that the Sustained National Organization is a civil society organization working, among other organizations, in achieving the Sustainable Development Goals.
The event was attended by more than 1000 youth representing Kassala, White Nile, Blue Nile, South and east Darfur state.
