An interview with a young aspiring Actress; Maria Fascual

The Citizen Credible Outlet had the pleasure to meet with the beautiful Maria Fascual. A young Sudanese actress and model that recently caught  the attention of the Sudanese media because of her different style; all of her fans love her, but others make negative comments on her style. Let’s get to meet Maria Fascual, and know some of her interesting work.

Q1: Tell us about yourself?

A1: My real name is Maria Fascual. My father is Greek. I was born and raised in Sudan. I am a fresh graduate from al-Imam Al-Hadi College. I started my acting career in 2020 and still have long way to go.

Q2: How old are you?

A2: I am 23 Years old.

Q3: How did you start your acting career?

A3: Acting has always been my hobby and my passion, and when I found the chance to act with one of the well-known actors and directors in Sudan, I immediately started preforming some small Sketches with them, and then people started to notice me and my work.

Q4: What difficulties you faced in your career? And how did you overcome those difficulties?

A4: People writing negative comments about me, and news websites releasing fake news about me was one of the things that hurt me in the past. But I have learned how to have patience and how to turn the criticisms into something positive that helps me grow.

Q5: What is your advice for young people in your age?

A5: Don’t stop pursuing your dreams, you will find negative people and hear negative comments, but always continue doing the right thing.
