Agencies have reported alarming news under headlines: ” From food packaging bags…plastic particles were detected in human arteries and veins.”

In the news reports, researchers at the British University of Hull discovered microplastics in vascular tissues, an unprecedented observation of its kind, indicating a rapidly swelling plastic pollution crisis to an unprecedented level.

The researchers said in a recent study that plastic microparticles used in food packaging and paints can pass into blood vessels and tissues, whose health repercussions are unknown as of now,  according to the researchers.

The researchers explained that they discovered molecules while analyzing vein tissue taken from patients undergoing heart surgery.

They pointed out that they found that plastic was present in these tissues at a rate of 15 microparticles per gram of vein tissue, including 5 different types of polymers.

According to the study, the polymers found include substance found in industrial paints, varnishes, enamels, polyvinyl acetate, an adhesive found in food packets, nylon, and ethyl alcohol vinyl used in flexible packaging materials.

Professor Janitor Weshel environmental toxicologist at theUniversity of Hull, said that they were surprised to find these molecules that cause inflammatory responses, and the presence of these microparticles in the veins may play a major role in damaging the inner part of the vein.

Here, plastic strikes once again the living nerve of humanity and raises real dangers in its invasion of the blood and respiratory system with the same negative impact on the environment.

We, in a wonderland, reconciled with this devastating endemic, and thus, it swept our animal and forest wealth and is prevailing over roads and squares.

However, no official who would dare to violate those legislations,  have now become the masters of opportunism, and I am almost certain that if this study was conducted in Sudan, we would have seen  wonders.

There is no might and no power except by Allah
