Preparatory meetings to include returnees, displaced persons and refugees in health insurance

The National Health Insurance
Fund revealed preparatory meetings to complete the procedures for the admission of returnees, displaced persons and refugees in health insurance , this came during the joint meeting between the NHIF , the International Organization for Migration and the Sudanese Red Crescent Society to discuss the admission process.

The Director of the General Department of Planning, Dr. Farouk Nour Al-Daim, confirmed the completion of the necessary arrangements to approve the list of admission of refugees with the participation of the relevant authorities in the country, the Ministry of Interior, the Ministry of Justice and Federal Health and others, revealing an initial survey to find out the number and match it with the official statements with the relevant authorities Central Bureau of Statistics.

Pointing out that there is a previous experience in the North and the Red Sea States , the introduction of refugees and host communities was between {60 and 40%} .

Nour Al-Daem confirmed the completion of preparations for organizing a forum with the participation of all competent authorities working in the field of returnees, displaced persons and refugees after the approval of the entry list.
