Jabir affirms state’s support for Sudanese maritime lines

The member of the Transitional Sovereignty Council (TSC) Lt. Ibrahim Jabir has affirmed state’s support for the Sudanese maritime lines, pledging to restore them to their initial life.

He expressed, during his address to the reception of the officers of the 22nd batch at the Navy Tower in Khartoum on Thursday, his deep regret for the deterioration of their conditions due to some mistakes in the past, pointing out that they constitute twinship with the Sudanese naval forces.

Lt. underlined that the Sudanese naval forces are appreciated and admired abroad, through the high level of training and qualification they enjoy, praising the distinction of their personnel, discipline and readiness as well as Learning and mutual respect.

The member of the Transitional Sovereignty Council added that the Naval College is a source of pride for Sudan, stressing the importance of preserving and not neglecting it. He said that it represents the nucleus supporting the Navy as the crucible in which all its sciences melt, emphasizing the state’s support for it in terms of capacity building and courses updating.
