President of TSC, head of IGAD’s current session arrives in Juba

The President of the Transitional Sovereignty Council, Chairman of the current session of IGAD, General Abdel Fattah Al-Burhan arrived today in Juba, the capital of the Republic of South Sudan, on a one-day official visit.

The President of TSC was received at Juba International Airport by the President of the Republic of South Sudan, Salva Kiir Mayardit, members of his government and the staff of the Sudan’s embassy in Juba.

General Al- Burhan will hold talks during the visit with President Salva Kiir Mayardit on progress of the bilateral relations and ways to enhance horizons of joint cooperation.

The President of the TSC delegation to Juba includes the acting Defense Minister, Lieutenant General Yassin Ibrahim Yassin, the acting Minister the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ambassador Dafallah Al-Haj Ali, and the Deputy Governor of the Sudan Bank.
