Minister of Animal Rersources meets European Union delegate to evaluate the epidemiological survey project

The Federal Minister of Animal Resources, Hafez Ibrahim Abd al-Nabi, met today at his ministry’s headquarters with the independent expert delegated by the European Union, Mr. Solomon, in order to evaluate the Epidemiological Survey of Animal Diseases (LESP) project funded by the European Union through the IGAD Organization, within the framework of the axis of organizations and international relations.
The meeting discussed aspects of cooperation and joint coordination between his ministry and the European Union in projects funded by it and implemented through the ministry, stressing his ministry’s keenness to implement projects that serve the livestock sector.

For his part, the independent expert delegated by the European Union, Salmon, explained the objectives of the mission and the evaluation that will be conducted at the center and states level.

The independent expert will visit the states where the project is being implemented.
