Circles: Jibril Political Ticking-bomb

By Omer Ahmed ELhaj
According to news from Nyala, South Darfur State, the Head of justice and equality Movement (JEM), Deputy Head of the FFC (Democratic Block), Minister of Finance and Economic planning, Dr. Jibril Ibrahim revealed in a public meeting understandings with the army to produce new tunnels as an alternative to the frame work agreement. He said that he met the President of Sovereignty Council, First Lieutenant General Abed El Fattah AL Burhan and his deputy. 1st Lt. Gen. Mohamed Hamadan Daglo in this regard.
With this speech Jibril would have detonated a political ticking-bomb that would change the political course of affairs regarding the political process either by opening the framework and making substantial amendments to it, or replacing it with another new agreement, many defects afflicted the framework, including the adherence for the FFC (Central Council) to make the framework exclusive to the forces of the revolution or the forces of transition and not opening it to others.
It is to be noted that the workshops that were held with the participation of the signatories to the framework did not find acceptance or support from the non-signatories of other political and social forces, as well as some resistance committees that constitute the real and active forces in the revolution and the street.
This gives indication or signal that bilateral agreement between the Army and FFC (Central Council) cannot solve the Sudanese crisis because the political crisis will not be solved except through a consensus of the majority of the active political forces, and this may require a new understandings in order to find the way for a new a agreement other than a framework, around which the people of Sudan agree ,leading to stability and formation of a transitional government with civilian leader ship ,solving the economic crisis achieves security and stability, and leads to free and fair elections, that is the way, it is an opportunity for all civil forces to agree together to bring our country out of its current crisis.
From now and onwards, we should wait for the consequences of the new agreement that Jibril said, it is the last chance for Sudan either to be or not to be, or to be kidnapped by the enemies of the homeland whom they cooperate with foreigner who wants to tear our country apart and devastate it completely.
