Gezira State arrange for delegation visit to China

Acting Governor of Gezira State, Ismail Awadalla Al-Ageeb indicated setting up of future investment plan including preferential advantages that qualify the state maintains a successful investments process in various fields, in order to support the national economy and creates value added products through localizing manufactured items.
This came during his meeting yesterday with the Sudan’s Ambassador to China, Omar Mohamed Ahmed Sediq in the presence of the Acting Minister of Physical Planning in the state, Fadl- Al-Mawla Abu-Salif and Chancellors of the University of Gezira and the University of Al-Buttana.
The Sudanese ambassador on his part said the meeting aimed at exchanging ideas on the proposed visit of the Gezira state delegation to China under the auspices of the Sudanese Embassy in order to strengthening relations between the Gezira State and China and opening the Chinese investments in the state besides arranging for a joint economic conference between a Chinese Yangzhou University and the universities of Gezira and Al-Batana, pointed out that the recovery of the economy in the Gezira state will contribute to the recovery of Sudan in general.
