Al-Burhan leaves for Ndjamena on official visit

The President of the Transitional Sovereignty Council (TSC) , Gen. Abdel-Fattah Al-Burhan, left today to the Chadian capital of N’Djamena on an official one-day visit.

The TSC President was seen off at Khartoum Airport by TSC Member, Al-Tahir Abu-Bakr Hajar, TSC Secretary-General Lt. Gen. Mohamed Al-Ghali Ali Youssef and a number of ministers and senior government officials.

During the visit, Al-Burhan will hold talks with the President of the Transitional Period in Chad, Lt. Gen. Mahamat Idriss Deby, dealing with prospects of joint cooperation and boosting bilateral relations between Khartoum and N’Djamena.

Al-Burhan is accompanied during the visit by acting Minister of Foreign Affairs Ambassador Ali Al-Sadiq , Director of the General Intelligence Service Gen. Ahmed Ibrahim Ali Mufaddal and Chief of the Military Intelligence Maj. Gen. Mohamed Ali Ahmed Sebair.
