Dar al-Uloom and Human Rights Commission organizing hate speech conference

Khartoum – The Faculty of Science and Technology House (Dar al-Uloom), in cooperation with the Commission for Human Rights, University of Geneina and some civil society organizations, is organizing a conference on combating hate speech in the International Conference Hall of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research.

The conference will witness the presentation of several papers on national measures and policies, international laws and legislation, religious discourse and the role of the media in combating hate speech, meanwhile, at the end of the conference, the National Observatory for Combating Hate Speech will be launched.
