Al-Burhan Congratulates Sudanese People on Independence Anniversary

President of the Transitional Sovereignty Council, 1st Lt. Gn. Abdul Fattah Al-Burhan has congratulated the Sudanese nation on the 67th Independence Anniversary., hailing the struggle of the Sudanese people and the efforts of the honest generation who made the independence a reality.
He underscored the importance of unification of the national ranks and word, besides adopting serious dialogue as an approach to overcome the disputes and conflicts in order to unify the internal front against the challenges ahead.
He reiterated the total withdrawal of the military institution from the political process and protecting the transitional period.
Al-Burhan called for the formation of national competencies government with specific tasks including finding out urgent solutions to the economic problems, accomplishing the peace-building process, achieving security and stability to pave the way for the general elections.
He warned against exclusion and belittling the roles of others through ignoring their demands and impose guardianship by some certain categories from the Sudanese people, affirming that that will put the unity and security of Sudan at stake.
In his address on the 67th Impendence Anniversary, Al-Burhan reiterated congratulations to the Sudanese people, wishing that Almighty Allah accepts the martyrs, heals the injured, unify our ranks to build this great county.
